**Line Department: Fabrication Execution**

**Organizational Unit: Fabrication Reporting to: Construction Manager Location: (QMFY)**

**Direct Reports: Supervisors & Foreman**

**Overview**:To well execute fabrication and erection works with respect to fabrication work at yard. To provide specific support to the construction team to service to ensure company’s business objectives and clients’ requirements are met with.

**Primary Purpose of the Job and Anticipated Deliverables**

Execute Detailed Fabrication and erection services related to Structural and piping disciplines; assign Structural and piping team, monitor performance of direct manpower, Foreman and Supervisors; ensure Quality and Safety requirement as per the project requirements at site; Liaise with various departments for work execution of works

**Capabilities**
- Fabrication and erection of Jacket structure.
- Piles, boat lading, riser guards, riser, and J-tubes.
- Topside and modules fabrication and erections.
- Bridges and flare.
- Topside Piping spools and pipes supports.
- Brown field fabrication (Deck extension, pancake, and modules etc
- Strong knowledge of HSE, Quality, and work procedures
- Implementation of Quality and Safety procedures at site
- Overall responsibility for site execution activities
- Coordination with various departments for work execution
- Liaison with engineering team for engineering deliverables
- Coordination with QC department for inspection activities
- Collaboration with Painting department
- Work allocation based on schedules and priorities
- Bridge communication between site and engineering office
- Ensure availability of manpower, equipment, and consumables for project completion
- Monitor and coordinate project progress for optimal production in line with Quality Procedures and Method Statements
- Address engineering, technical, and quality-related issues
- Ensure work execution complies with safety standards, project specifications, drawings, and schedules
- Confirm availability of materials required for the work scope
- Responsible for organizing and executing load-out activities
- Continuously monitor work progress
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)
- Leadership qualities with the ability to coach, guide, and motivate subordinates
- Emphasis on teamwork and collaboration

**Qualifications / Experience**
- Diploma or equivalent degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Proficient in English (both speaking and writing)
- Basic computer skills, including MS Excel and MS Word
- 5 to 10 years of experience in Oil & Gas offshore fabrication activities, including:

- Jackets
- Piles
- Boat landings
- Topside decks
- Bridges
- Piping systems
- Pipe supports
