The Junior Accountant will support the finance department in day-to-day accounting activities, ensure accuracy of financial records, assist in costing, billing, collections, and financial documentation related to workshop and spare parts operations.

**Key ResponsibilitiesDaily Accounting Operations**
- Assist in maintaining general ledger entries and accounting records.
- Record daily transactions including revenue, expenses, and petty cash.
- Support preparation of monthly financial statements and reports.
- Assist with journal entries, reconciliations, and adjustments.

**Workshop & Billing Support**
- Support verification of job cards and invoices.
- Ensure correct posting of spare parts and labor charges.
- Assist with warranty claims, credit notes, and customer account posting.
- Coordinate with service advisors and parts department for accurate billing.

**Accounts Receivable & Payable**
- Assist in tracking customer payments and outstanding balances.
- Support supplier invoice processing and payment preparation.
- Help monitor credit customers and follow up on overdue accounts.

**Banking & Cash Handling**
- Assist in daily cash collection reconciliation.
- Support bank reconciliation activities.
- Maintain documentation and filing for banking records.

**Inventory & Costing Support**
- Assist in spare parts stock valuation records.
- Support periodic inventory checks and variance reporting.

**Compliance & Documentation**
- Maintain accurate filing of invoices, receipts, and supporting documents.
- Support external and internal audit preparation.
- Ensure adherence to company accounting policies.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 1-3 years’ experience in accounting (automotive or service industry preferred).
- Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles.
- Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, Zoho, SAP).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial documentation.

Pay: QAR2,000.00 - QAR2,700.00 per month
