SAP Trainer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced **SAP Trainer**to deliver a comprehensive classroom-based training program. **The program will cover Financial Accounting (FI), Treasury, ICT fundamentals, SAP BI platform administration, Procurement, Budget, and Compensation & Benefits modules.** The trainer will be responsible for equipping participants with hands-on SAP knowledge, practical exercises, and best practices to ensure readiness for real-world business processes.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver interactive classroom training sessions on:

- Financial Accounting (FI): GL, AP, AR configuration, posting, reconciliation, reporting.
- Treasury: Cash, liquidity, investment, debt, and payment management.
- ICT: SAP navigation, system architecture, integration technologies, and lifecycle management.
- SAP BI: Administration, security, content distribution, scheduling, and analytics.
- Procurement: Procure-to-pay, supplier management, sourcing & contract management.
- Budget: Budget scenarios, reports, performance charts, and analysis.
- Compensation & Benefits: Employee master data, payroll integration.
- Develop and provide training materials (manuals, exercises, templates, and quick reference guides).
- Conduct hands-on demonstrations and case studies in SAP B1 environment.
- Evaluate participant progress through exercises, assignments, and practical tests.
- Support learners with real-life scenarios and troubleshooting guidance.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
- Professional certification in SAP (SAP B1 / SAP FI / SAP S/4HANA) preferred.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in SAP implementation, consulting, or training.
- Strong knowledge in at least 3 or more of the following areas:

- Financial Accounting (FI)
- Treasury Management
- SAP BI Administration & Security
- Procurement (Procure-to-Pay cycle)
- Budget Management & Reporting
- HR Compensation & Benefits
- Prior classroom training experience with excellent facilitation and communication skills.
- **Locally available in Qatar.**

**Preferred Qualifications**
- SAP Certified Application Associate / Consultant in relevant modules.
- Experience in corporate training or academic instruction.
- Knowledge of Qatar or GCC-specific business practices.
