Responsible as Hostess and receptionist.
- To ensure that the reception desk is ready at all the time
- To welcome, greet and recognize guests on arrival
- To be ready to seat new guests to the table, following directions and allocations.
- To acknowledge returning / regular guests
- To have full knowledge about the menu and concept, offering suggestions where possible.
- To carry out any duties as may be requested by the Head hostess or Restaurant Manager
- Carry out any other service related tasks as may be assigned
- To report for duty as per schedule, clean, tidy, wearing correct uniform.
- To attend departmental communication meetings, trainings sessions and to ensure to operate in line with the instructions received
- To be responsible for a clean and tidy working area
- To be ready during service and offer assistance when necessary
- To maximize the seating capacity and ensure reservations timing
- To minimize operating costs by using all equipment and products in accordance with guidelines set and ensure all equipment (ipads) are turned off at the end of each shift following closing procedures and check lists
- To minimizing consumption where possible to avoid over expenditure
- When requested, assist the Managers in completing the stock inventory
- To report any maintenance defects and follow-up
- Closing: Ensure that the reception area is clean, well maintained, clock room empty of any guest belonging and record any lost and found item.
- To comply with company mandatory requirements for fire, health and safety, licensing and employment and to ensure that members of the team are also aware of these requirements and are working in accordance with the requirements.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: QAR3,500.00 - QAR3,700.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
