**Visual Display Creation**:

- Design and implement window displays, in-store displays, and special events setups that reflect the brand’s luxury image and seasonal themes.
- Utilize color, lighting, space, and accessories to enhance product presentation and attract customer attention.
- Regularly update displays to keep the store fresh, relevant, and visually engaging.
- **Merchandising Strategy**:

- Collaborate with the store management and merchandising teams to develop and execute merchandising plans that align with sales objectives and promotional activities.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to refine merchandising techniques and improve product placement.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to ensure the store remains at the forefront of luxury retail merchandising.

**Brand Representation**:

- Ensure all visual merchandising complies with brand guidelines and standards, maintaining the luxury image of the store.
- Train and guide the store team on visual standards, product placement, and maintenance of displays.

**Store Layout and Optimization**:

- Optimize store layout to improve customer flow and highlight key products and promotions.
- Adjust and maintain store fixtures, mannequins, and displays to enhance the overall shopping experience.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Work closely with inventory and stock management teams to ensure that displays are fully stocked and products are readily available for customers.
- Manage props, signage, and visual merchandising tools, ensuring they are well-maintained and organized.

**Collaboration and Communication**:

- Partner with the marketing team to align visual merchandising with advertising and promotional campaigns.
- Communicate regularly with store staff and management to ensure the smooth execution of visual merchandising plans.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Visual Merchandiser, preferably in the luxury retail or fashion industry.
- Strong understanding of visual design principles, fashion trends, and luxury brand aesthetics.
- Excellent creativity and artistic skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in visual merchandising software and tools is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Physical ability to set up displays, including lifting and moving mannequins and fixtures.
