**Logistics Coordinator**

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented **Logistics coordinator **to join our team In this role you will get to implement and standardize the construction site logistics management procedures, develop and regularly update site access management plan, and manage and control assignment of lay down and storage areas.

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Manage the logistics staff and provide them with guidance and clear work priorities in line with the project and client requirements.
- Responsible for developing and managing the client site wide logistics plan for the turnaround execution including, but not limited to transport of manpower, transport of equipment materials and equipment leaving / arriving, catering arrangements, and temporary site accommodation.
- Arranges transportation and forwarding services for all client material related orders to ensure material is delivered as per schedule.
- Reviews Contractors’ logistics management plans to ensure they are in line with the requirements of the Project Logistics Management Plan.
- Monitor and update the Project Logistics Management Plan and oversee Contractors’ logístical plan for transport of workers and material onsite.
- Support the Construction teams and Contractors to resolve site related logistics issues.
- Provide day-to-day liaison between field activities and respective Business Units to maximize efficiencies in cleanup activities with well sites, access, pipelines and facilities.

**What Required Skills You'll Bring**:

- Graduate engineering or higher academic Education.
- 5 years in the logistics works.
- Knowledge and understanding of the construction work.
- Good level of written and spoken English.
- Good level of Computer Skills.
- Good management and administration skills.
- Good supervisory and leadership skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Capable of planning and handling employees and solving problems, familiar with the local roads and transport conditions.

**What Desired Skills You'll Bring**:

- Excellent interpersonal, report writing and communication skills.
