Duties and Responsibilities:
**Your job description includes**:

- Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL and Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition
- Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances
- Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements
- Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting
- Research technical accounting issues for compliance
- Support month-end and year-end close process
- Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
- Manage and comply with local, state, and reporting requirements and tax filings
- Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
- Additional controller duties as necessary
- Preparing assets, liabilities, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
- Document financial transactions by entering account information on ERP & Spreadsheets. Recommend financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
- Summarize current financial status by collecting information, preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
- Substantiate financial transactions by auditing documents. Maintain accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
- Guide accounting clerical staff by coordinating activities and answering questions. Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information. Secure financial information by completing data base backups.
- Maintain financial security by following internal controls. Prepare payroll and transfer salaries through WPS system.
- Prepare payments by verifying documentation and requesting disbursements. Answers accounting procedure questions by researching and interpreting accounting policy and regulations.
- Compile with tax authority, and local financial legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on needed actions.
- Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential. Providing leadership, direction and management of the finance and accounting team.
- Providing strategic recommendations to the CEO/General Manager and members of the executive management team. Managing the processes for financial forecasting and budgets and overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting advising on long
- term business and financial planning.
- Establishing and developing relations with senior management and external partners and stakeholders.
- Need to dealing with correspondence & phone calls managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager/executive), compiling and preparing reports, presentations & correspondence, liaising with staff, suppliers & clients, preparing expenses, miscellaneous tasks to support the line manager, which will vary according to the sector and to the manager’s remit.

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- Accounting: 5 years (required)

License/Certification:

- Any of the following ( CPA,ACCA,CFA,CA) (required)
