Finance Manager
- **Age**: Below 52 years old
- **Work Schedule**: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM, 5 days per week
- **Work Location**:Corporate Office - The Commercial Avenue Industrial Area Road, Doha, Qatar
- **Minimum Experience**: 15-20 years in contracting, trading, or manufacturing industries
- **Other Benefits**: Car, fuel allowance, and mobile allowance
- With Valid Qatar id and Qatar Driving License.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Financial Planning & Strategy**
- Develop, implement, and monitor budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
- Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Conduct financial analysis, scenario modeling, and performance reviews.

**Accounting & Reporting**
- Oversee accounting operations ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS.
- Manage audits and liaise with external auditors and regulatory authorities.

**Cash Flow & Treasury Management**
- Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to maintain operational stability.
- Manage banking relationships, treasury operations, and investment strategies.
- Ensure optimal allocation of financial resources.

**Compliance & Risk Management**
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and corporate policies.
- Maintain internal controls and risk management processes.
- Oversee corporate tax, VAT, and financial documentation requirements.

**Leadership & Team Management**
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to ensure high performance.
- Collaborate with other departments to drive financial discipline and efficiency.

**Business Advisory**
- Provide financial guidance for strategic initiatives, projects, and investments.
- Evaluate financial performance and ROI of projects and business operations.
- Support management in mergers, acquisitions, or business expansion plans.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Relevant finance/accounting qualification; professional certification preferred.
- Minimum **15-20 years of experience** in contracting, trading, or manufacturing industries.
- Experience handling turnovers of **QAR 100 million or more**.
- Experience in **home country and/or GCC** acceptable.
- Strong knowledge of **IFRS, corporate finance, budgeting, and financial reporting**.
- Proficient in **ERP systems** (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and **MS Excel**.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and strategic decision-making skills.
