Bms Engineer

**Our client**is a leader in providing cutting-edge building management solutions designed to improve energy efficiency, sustainability, and overall system performance and specializes in delivering state-of-the-art BMS systems, are currently seeking a skilled **BMS Engineer** with expertise in Siemens systems to join our team.

**Position Overview**:
We are looking for an experienced **BMS Engineer** who has a strong background in programming, testing, and commissioning BMS systems, specifically with Siemens platforms. This role will involve utilizing your expertise in BMS programming, testing, and system integration to deliver customized solutions for our clients, ensuring efficient and reliable operation of their building systems.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Utilize your expertise in **Siemens BMS programming** to develop and customize solutions based on project requirements.
- Perform **testing and commissioning activities** using **ABT DXR Tools**, ensuring proper functionality and seamless integration of BMS components.
- Conduct **site pretesting** and **point-to-point testing** to verify the integrity and performance of the BMS system prior to commissioning.
- Execute **site testing and commissioning procedures**, including standalone testing, sequence testing, and graphics demonstrations to validate system operation.
- Conduct on-site **inspections** and address any **infrared (IR) issues**, ensuring all activities are documented accurately.
- Demonstrate proficiency in **Siemens graphics development and modification** to customize graphical interfaces for BMS systems, in line with project requirements.
- Provide comprehensive documentation of all testing, inspections, and commissioning activities.

**Experience and Requirements**:

- Minimum of **5 years of relevant experience** in building management systems, with a focus on **BMS programming and testing**.
- Proven **expertise in BMS programming**, particularly with **Siemens systems**.
- Hands-on experience with **ABT DXR Tools** for BMS testing and commissioning.
- Demonstrated experience in **site pretesting**, **point-to-point testing**, and **commissioning** of BMS systems.
- Familiarity with **standalone testing**, **sequence testing**, and **graphics demonstration** to ensure the proper operation of the system.
- Ability to conduct **inspections** and address **infrared (IR) issues** on-site, with a strong attention to detail in documentation.
- Proficiency in **Siemens graphics development** and modification to customize BMS interfaces for individual project needs.
