**Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Legal Case Management**
- Handle and resolve labor disputes and other legal matters, ensuring compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations.
- Represent the organization in labor courts, arbitration sessions, and legal meetings with government entities.
- Liaise with legal advisors and provide updates on case progress and outcomes.
- Draft and review legal documentation in Arabic and English.

**Government Relations**
- Manage and maintain relationships with government agencies, ministries, and labor departments to ensure smooth processes.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, visa requirements, and other government regulations.

**Public Relations and Communication**
- Act as the organization’s point of contact for government-related communication.
- Draft official letters, reports, and statements in Arabic and English for submission to government entities.
- Address inquiries and concerns from government agencies in a timely and professional manner.

**Conflict Resolution**
- Mediate between employees, management, and legal entities to resolve disputes effectively.
- Provide expert advice to internal stakeholders on labor law and compliance issues.

**Reporting and Documentation**
- Maintain records of all legal cases, labor issues, and government communications.
- Prepare reports and presentations on case updates, legal risks, and compliance measures.

**Advisory Role**
- Advise management on legal and labor-related risks and opportunities.
- Stay updated on changes in labor laws, government policies, and compliance regulations.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in law, Public Administration, or a related field.

**Experience**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Public Relations, Government Relations, or Legal Officer role.
- Proven track record of managing labor disputes and legal cases.
- Experience working with government agencies and handling legal documentation.

**Language Proficiency**:

- Native Arabic speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in English for drafting and communicating with non-Arabic-speaking stakeholders.

**Technical Skills**:

- Knowledge of Qatar labor laws and government compliance procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with legal documentation and case management tools.

**Soft Skills**:

- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution abilities.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
