**Oracle** **EBS SCM L1 Support Consultant**

Deployment location: Qatar

Duration: 24 Months

Working Hours & Days 9 hours + 1- hour LB,6 days a week

Minimum 1 year experience in EBS ( I procurement
- I supplier
- Purchasing)

At least 1 end to end implementation
- Provide first-line support for Oracle EBS SCM modules, including Inventory, Order Management, Purchasing, and Advanced Supply Chain Planning.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or level.
- Assist in the testing and implementation of patches and updates related to SCM modules.
- Maintain documentation of issues and resolutions in the support knowledge base.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system functionality and user experience.
- Participate in training sessions for end-users and create user guides as necessary.
- Monitor system performance and assist in identifying opportunities for process improvements
