**Urgent Hiring: Kitchen Equipment Technician**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain, repair, and install commercial kitchen equipment, including ovens, fryers, refrigerators, and other appliances.
- Perform preventive maintenance through routine inspections, cleaning, and lubrication of equipment.
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve equipment malfunctions and issues.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance activities, and work orders.
- Install new kitchen equipment ensuring proper wiring, settings, and compliance with standards.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams, kitchen staff, and management to address and resolve maintenance concerns.
- Respond promptly to emergency repair requests.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- ITI or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or related fields.
- Knowledge in Basic Computer (Excel / Word)
- Technical proficiency in electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and repair skills across various kitchen equipment.
- Knowledge of safety standards, procedures, and regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
- Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR3,000.00 per month
