**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Keyword Research**: Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify new opportunities and optimize existing content for search engines.
- **On-Page SEO**: Optimize website content, meta tags, headers, URLs, and images for targeted keywords, ensuring alignment with best SEO practices.
- **Technical SEO**: Audit and resolve technical SEO issues related to site structure, internal linking, site speed, mobile responsiveness, and schema markup.
- **Content Strategy**: Collaborate with content creators to develop SEO-friendly content strategies that align with business goals and target audience.
- **Link Building**: Develop and implement effective link-building strategies to improve domain authority and website rankings.
- **Performance Tracking**: Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc., and generate reports on traffic, rankings, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
- **Competitor Analysis**: Conduct competitor analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for ranking improvements.
- **Stay Updated**: Keep up to date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to ensure the company’s SEO strategies remain effective.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with web developers, designers, and marketing teams to ensure all SEO efforts align with company objectives and enhance the user experience.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role with a strong portfolio of successful SEO campaigns.
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.
- In-depth understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and best practices.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and website management platforms (e.g., WordPress).
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and ability to edit and optimize website content.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- A degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with eCommerce SEO, local SEO, and mobile SEO.
- Knowledge of paid search campaigns (PPC).
- Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO).
