**Responsibilities**:

- Design, configure, and maintain the company's network infrastructure.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement network improvements.
- Provide technical support for network-related problems.
- Assist in HR tasks such as employee onboarding, record management, and HRIS usage.
- Participate in HR projects to enhance employee experience and engagement.
- Maintain compliance with relevant IT and HR policies and procedures.
- Contribute to the development of IT and HR documentation.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience in network engineering and administration.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols and technologies.
- Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting network equipment.
- Experience with network monitoring and diagnostic tools.
- Basic understanding of HR practices and processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+ are a plus.
- Familiarity with HR software and systems is an advantage.
