**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage technical and on-site execution of assigned aluminum and façade projects.
- Review and interpret architectural and structural drawings to ensure compliance with design intent and project specifications.
- Prepare and monitor project schedules, ensuring timely completion of project milestones and deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, client specifications, and international quality and safety standards.
- Coordinate effectively with internal teams (design, procurement, and production), site teams, contractors, and external stakeholders.
- Supervise and support the on-site installation process, addressing technical and operational issues as they arise.
- Generate comprehensive project documentation, including status reports, method statements, and installation checklists.
- Assist in procurement by reviewing material requirements and working closely with suppliers for timely deliveries.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to execution standards.
- Provide technical support and guidance to subcontractors and ensure execution aligns with approved designs.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- **Experience**: 3-5 years of proven experience in aluminum and façade project execution within the GCC, ideally in Qatar.
- **Technical Expertise**: Strong understanding of curtain wall systems, ACP cladding, structural glazing, louvers, skylights, and other façade elements.
- **Software Proficiency**: Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office Suite, and project management software such as MS Project or Primavera.
- **Regulatory Knowledge**: Well-versed with Qatar’s construction regulations, HSE requirements, and façade engineering codes.
- **Skills**: Excellent leadership, coordination, planning, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- **Communication**: Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- **Other**: Must possess a **valid Qatar driving license** and be willing to travel between project sites.

Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR8,500.00 per month
