**Requirement**:

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide advice and support to Management in the implementation and auditing of Environment, Health and Safety Management Plans.
- Review project activities, work practices and procedures for continuous improvement in safety, health and environment
- Identify and develop training for all levels of the company
- Attend meetings and reporting on safety performance status
- Liaise with client H & S Management to resolve issues and attend their requirements
- Conduct regular EHS Inspections, and highlight violations to all appropriate level and recommend solutions to resolve the violations
- To promote the safe conduct of work and health conscious within the site
- To review periodically on-site cleanliness
- Other duties include but not limited to;
- Carry out inspection regarding the safety performance of the contractors
- Discuss the findings of this inspection with the Facility Manager / Supervisors
- Assist the supervisor in investigating any accident and check the supervisor’s report and action taken to remove the cause or causes of the accident
- Investigating accidents and dangerous occurrences relevant to FM.
- Take part in any inspection of the site carried out by the management for the purpose of assessing the efficacy of any measure to be taken

**Operational Responsibilities**:

- Oversee EHS policy is in place and procedures adhere
- Prompt and courteous response to customer requests
- Monthly measurement of achievement of Key Performance Indicators
- Conduct regular service and systems audit
- Guide and upgrade staff technical and management competency
- Prepare site standard operating procedures (SOP’s)
- Generate, collate and submission of weekly and monthly reports
- Conduct and review plant operation, emergency plan and contingency plan
- Conduct meetings and update staff on EHS matters
- Introduce continued improvement and optimization operation of Facility systems
- Perform emergency support duty, if required
- Enforces and adopt safety measures among all departments concern
- To assist in the planning, coordinating and controlling of all operational activities in accordance with pre-arranged operating plan and programs.
- Prepare and provide Induction and other relevant HSSE trainings

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR6,200.00 - QAR6,950.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- HSE Officer/ Quality Executive: 8 years (preferred)
