Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Design marketing materials for real estate projects, including brochures, flyers, catalogs, presentations, and advertisements.
- Develop branding materials such as logos, brand guidelines, signage, and hoardings.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to understand project objectives and timelines.
- Design property visuals including layouts, floor plans (basic), infographics, and promotional graphics.
- Ensure consistency in brand identity across all marketing materials.
- Coordinate with printers, vendors, and production teams to ensure high-quality output.
- Update and maintain design files, templates, and marketing assets.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum **4-8 years** of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in real estate, property development, or construction sectors.
- Strong proficiency in **Adobe Creative Suite** (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Experience in digital and print design formats.
- Knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, or 3D visualization is an advantage.
- Strong creativity with attention to detail and layout aesthetics.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Pay: QAR6,000.00 - QAR7,500.00 per month
