Job Description**:Quantity Surveyor (QS) - Aluminum and Façade**
**Type**: Full-time

**Job Summary**: The Quantity Surveyor (Aluminum and Façade) will be responsible for managing all aspects of the contractual and financial side of construction projects, specifically focusing on aluminum and façade works. The role involves cost planning, budgeting, contract administration, and financial management to ensure projects are completed within budget and to the highest standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Cost Management**: Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports for aluminum and façade projects. Monitor project costs to ensure they align with the budget.
- **Tendering and Procurement**: Assist in the preparation of tender documents, analyze bids, and negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
- **Contract Administration**: Manage contracts related to aluminum and façade works, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions. Address and resolve any contractual disputes.
- **Measurement and Valuation**: Conduct accurate measurements and valuations of work completed on-site. Prepare and submit interim and final payments to contractors.
- **Risk Management**: Identify potential risks related to cost and contract issues. Develop strategies to mitigate these risks.
- **Project Coordination**: Work closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- **Compliance**: Ensure all work complies with relevant legal, regulatory, and industry standards, particularly in relation to aluminum and façade systems.
- **Reporting**: Prepare regular reports on project financials, progress, and any deviations from the plan. Provide insights and recommendations to senior management.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 03 years years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, with specific experience in aluminum and façade projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, cost control, and project management.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month
