**MISSIONS**:

- To ensure successful delivery of Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems (Fire Alarm & Detection, Networking, Lighting Control, CCTV, PA, BMS/BACS etc.) in assigned sections of the work and secure approval by relevant authorities.
- To ensure a successful delivery of Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems.
- Review associated designs and ensure compliance with associated rules, regulations, standards and employer’s requirements.
- Ensure implementation of software assurance processes during design, installation and testing.
- Verify that dependencies on other systems, including but not limited to MEP, VHTS, MSI, etc. are achieved and that the System is ready for Testing and Commissioning as appropriate.
- Report issues encountered during the Installation and Testing & Commissioning phases and follow-up with the relevant Project Team personnel for closure them in a timely manner.
- Liaise with Client Technical Department’s experts for assistance in the resolution of any advanced technical issue/problem.
- Ensure that AS-BUILT and O&M documents are being developed as per Employer Requirements.
- Update a lessons learned register and share same periodically with Project stakeholders.

**PROFILE**:

- Five (5) to ten (10) years of work experience in Industrial or Building Construction environment.
- Proven work experience in Control and Automation System Testing and Commissioning.
- Good communication skills
- Strong knowledge of MS Office
- Knowledge of Project Management Process
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Proactive personality and capability to work under pressure to meet project deadlines.
- Team player mentality and flexibility
- Extremely excellent self-organization, high level of motivation
- Working with attention to detail.
- Excellent calendar management skills, including the coordination of complex executive meetings
