**Education and Certifications**:

- Master’s degree in Business, Higher Education, IT or relevant field is required
- Relevant teaching and/or educational certifications are preferred
- IELTS score of 7 and above is
- **required**

**Experience**:

- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience out of which 4 years are in the higher education sector
- Familiarity with current University curriculum related policies and procedures is preferred
- Experience with Program Development and/or Curriculum Management is desirable
- Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills is
- **required**; project management expertise is desirable

**Language**:

- Fluency in written and spoken English language is required
- Fluency in written and spoken Arabic language is preferred

**Other Required Skills**

Self-development, analytical thinking. problem solving, reliability, dependability, teamwork, time management, and service excellence are required with technical competencies in andragogy, accreditation processing, and curriculum planning.
