**Department**
ASSET INTEGRITY (DUKHAN)

**Primary purpose of job**
Provide support in undertaking and supervising the inspection of static equipment, pipeline and safety relief valves to

establish conditions. Undertake and maintain integrity of pipelines in Dukhan Fields and supervise pipeline and related

specialist inspection contracts.

Carry out inspection of new and existing static equipment and associated piping as per approved QATARENERGY

procedures and standards, assess the equipment integrity and report all findings in writing with

comments/recommendations for follow-up action.

Ensure that all recommendations and remedial actions/repairs to existing equipment are implemented to maintain the

equipment integrity prior to being put back into service.

**Experience & Skills**
Minimum 10 years’ experience in NDT and inspection of pressure containing plant preferably in Refinery, Chemical or Oil &

Gas Processing Plants.

API/ASNT/PCN/CSWIP certification or equivalent.

Good knowledge in International Codes and Standards related NDT and in service inspection and repair works

Good knowledge/experience in conventional NDT technique (MT, PT, UT, RT) and specialized inspection techniques like

Intelligent Pigging, LRUT, IRIS, etc.

Fluent in written and spoken English

Good knowledge and experience about Risk Based Inspection

Reasonable work experience in SAP system

Good analytical/creative skills and leadership/motivation skills

Computer literate

**Education**
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering or in Metallurgy plus corporate membership in

appropriate Engineering Institution
