Summary

Are you passionate about hospitality and fluent in Arabic? Park Hyatt Doha, a luxurious 5-star property located in the heart of Msheireb Downtown, is looking for a dedicated and service-oriented Guest Service Officer to join our Front Office team.

In this role, you will be the face of our hotel—welcoming guests with genuine warmth, providing seamless check-in/check-out experiences, and ensuring that every guest leaves with a lasting impression of excellence.

**Qualifications**:

- Fluency in Arabic and English (both spoken and written) is essential.
- 1-2 years of experience in a front desk, guest service, or customer service role, preferably in a luxury hotel or hospitality setting.
- Familiarity with hotel management systems (e.g., Opera, PMS) is an advantage.
- Strong proficiency in customer service and problem-solving.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic environment with varied shifts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
