**Job Overview**

Corporate Innovation Manager will play a key role in establishing and managing Brinc’s innovation programs in Qatar. This position focuses on program execution, stakeholder engagement, and ecosystem building to position Brinc as a leader in the local entrepreneurial landscape. The role will involve managing multiple programs, building partnerships, mentoring startups, and driving the business development efforts needed to penetrate the Qatar market. The Manager will collaborate closely with the Senior Corporate Innovation Manager to align efforts with the broader corporate strategy while achieving programmatic and market-specific goals.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Develop, refine, and execute multiple programs, including accelerators, bootcamps, and incubators, ensuring alignment with Brinc’s corporate innovation goals.
- Oversee all aspects of program logistics, including scheduling events, mentorship sessions, and workshops.
- Support program participants during the onboarding process, ensuring seamless integration into programs.
- Plan and implement outreach campaigns to attract startups and SMEs to participate in Brinc programs.
- Conduct due diligence on applicants, contributing to the selection and evaluation process for startups and SMEs.
- Act as the primary contact for portfolio startups, providing mentorship and support throughout their engagement with Brinc.
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners, mentors, and investors, fostering connections that enhance program value.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote programs and events across multiple channels.
- Ensure effective communication of program details and updates with all stakeholders.
- Organize and execute ecosystem-building events such as hackathons, design sprints, and workshops to strengthen Brinc’s presence in Qatar.
- Collaborate with the regional marketing team to ensure maximum visibility and impact for these events.
- Conduct market and ecosystem research to identify trends, needs, and challenges within the Qatar innovation ecosystem.
- Contribute to the design and refinement of program curricula and activities to meet market needs.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand Brinc’s reach within Qatar.
- Develop and pitch proposals that highlight Brinc’s value proposition to potential clients and partners.
- Collaborate with the Senior Corporate Innovation Manager to secure partnerships, sponsorships, and funding.

**Job Requirements**:
- 3-5 years of experience in program management, startups, accelerators, or corporate innovation.
- Proven track record in managing multiple programs and stakeholder engagement.
- Familiarity with industries such as technology, fintech, or sustainability is highly desirable.
- Strong project management, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for mentoring, stakeholder management, and public speaking.
- Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities strategically.
- Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English is required.
- Degree in business, innovation, or a related field preferred.
- Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, Agile) are an advantage but not mandatory.
- Demonstrates a “can-do” attitude, entrepreneurial mindset, and strong collaboration skills.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.
- Willingness to travel regionally within the GCC as needed.
