**Job Title**: Project Engineer - Aluminum & Façade
**Location**: Qatar

**Job Type**: Full-Time
**License Requirement**: Valid Qatar Driving License (mandatory)

**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Project Management**
- Manage the full lifecycle of façade and aluminum projects, including planning, execution, and handover.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with technical and quality standards.

**Technical Oversight**
- Review and interpret project specifications, drawings, and design intent.
- Provide technical input on system design, structural detailing, and material specifications.
- Resolve engineering challenges and ensure practical, efficient solutions are implemented.

**Site Supervision**
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and installation quality.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, design specifications, and project schedules.
- Address and resolve on-site technical and coordination issues.

**Cross-Functional Coordination**
- Work closely with design, procurement, and construction teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and ensure alignment with project objectives.

**Client Communication**
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients and consultants.
- Provide project updates, address inquiries, and maintain strong client relationships.

**Procurement Management**
- Oversee procurement of façade materials in line with technical requirements and budget constraints.
- Ensure timely delivery and quality compliance of all materials.

**Documentation & Compliance**
- Prepare and submit technical documentation including submittals, change orders, material approvals, and progress reports.
- Ensure all project work complies with Qatar’s building regulations and international façade standards.

**Risk & Safety Management**
- Identify and mitigate project risks proactively.
- Enforce strict adherence to health and safety standards on-site.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in façade and aluminum system engineering and project execution.
- **Valid Qatar Driving License is mandatory.**:

- Strong knowledge of façade systems, aluminum components, materials, and installation methodologies.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and project management tools such as Primavera or MS Project.
- Familiarity with Qatar’s construction regulations and international façade codes and standards.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.

Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR9,000.00 per month
