This is a full-time on-site role for a Barista at Enjoy cafe Lusail. The Grape Leaves will be responsible for food preparation,

Qualifications:

- Prepare high-quality grape leaves in large quantities, adhering to traditional methods and recipes.
- Supervise and ensure proper food handling and safety procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and kitchen environment.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to meet customer demand and ensure timely production.
- Monitor stock levels of ingredients and request supplies as needed.
- Ensure that all ingredients are fresh and properly stored.
- Assist in training and guiding other kitchen staff as needed.
- Maintain high standards of quality control and consistency in taste, presentation, and portion size.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Grape Leaves Maker or in a similar role within a restaurant or supermarket food court setting.
- Strong background in food preparation and handling in a high-volume environment.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen hygiene standards.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage time effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality dishes.

Pay: QAR2,500.00 - QAR2,800.00 per month

- Barista: 1 year (preferred)
