**Job Summary**
Dar Al-Raqmana is seeking talented graduates in **Library & Information Science** to join our Documentation, Archiving, and Content Management departments.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Organize and classify electronic documents for easy retrieval.
- Develop and maintain digital archiving systems and databases.
- Conduct data searches and verify the accuracy of records.
- Collaborate with different teams to identify archiving needs and propose solutions.
- Train employees on the effective use of electronic archiving systems.
- Monitor and analyze performance to improve processes.
- Support users in research and information access.
- Manage both electronic and physical records.
- Contribute to digital content development and continuous improvement initiatives.
**Qualifications & Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in **Information Science** or **Library & Information Studies**.
- Previous experience in a library, archive, or digital archiving role is an advantage.
- Proficiency in library management systems and databases.
- Strong skills in cataloging, indexing, and classification of information.
- Knowledge of content management systems and digital archiving tools.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
**Experience**
- Previous experience in **digital archiving** or **records management** is desirable.
- Familiarity with digital tools and content management systems.
Pay: From QAR4,000.00 per month
