**Job Title**: Business Analyst (Business Intelligence)
**Location**: Doha, Qatar
**Position Type**: Contract
**Language Requirement**: Bilingual - Proficiency in both Arabic and English is required.

**Job Overview**:

- **Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into clear, actionable requirements.
- Analyze, document, and model business processes related to BI and data analytics initiatives.
- Work closely with data engineers, developers, and BI teams to ensure alignment with business requirements.
- Conduct interviews, facilitate workshops, and meetings to gather, clarify, and document requirements.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including business requirement documents, user stories, and process flows.
- Support Agile delivery teams by refining and prioritizing product backlogs and participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Conduct gap analysis and identify opportunities for process improvement, focusing on data quality and reporting efficiency.
- Support the testing of BI solutions to ensure they meet the defined requirements and deliver business value.
- Provide training and support to end-users of BI tools and system

- **Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Business Intelligence and data analytics projects.
- Strong knowledge of BI tools (e.g., Power BI) and data visualization best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly understand complex data structures.
- Familiarity with cloud-based BI and analytics/data platforms (MS Azure preferred).
- **Must-Have Skills**:

- Experience in data modeling and the ability to develop conceptual data models.
- Experience in defining KPIs, BI report, and dashboard requirements.
- Experience developing business requirement documents for business intelligence solutions.
- Hands-on experience working in Agile environments, including participation in sprints and Agile ceremonies.
- Knowledge of SQL and other database query languages is a plus.
- **Arabic speaker**
