**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**

1. Develop detailed 3D models using Autodesk Civil 3D for all infrastructure services.

2. Create design layouts, grading plans, utility networks, and drainage systems using Civil 3D tools.

3. Generate accurate and detailed drawings, including profiles, sections, and corridor modeling.

4. Collaborate with project teams, including engineers, architects, and contractors, to ensure seamless integration of models across disciplines.

5. Manage and update models based on design revisions or client feedback.

6. Perform clash detection and resolve conflicts within the model.

7. Ensure compliance with company standards, BIM protocols, and project-specific requirements.

8. Assist in preparing detailed drawings and presentations for client approval.

9. Support the team with technical guidance on Civil 3D functionalities and workflows.

**Qualifications and Skills**

1. Educational Background: Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Drafting, or a related field.

2. Software Expertise: Proficient in Autodesk Civil 3D; knowledge of Revit, Navisworks, or other design software is a plus.

3. Experience: 3+ years of experience in Civil 3D modeling for infrastructure and related projects.

4. Strong understanding of BIM workflows and project coordination.

5. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

6. Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

**Preferred Experience**

1. Hands-on experience in large-scale infrastructure projects such as roads, utilities, or drainage.

2. Familiarity with industry standards like ISO 19650 and project-specific modeling requirements.
