**Position**:Senior Accountant

**Location**: Lusail, Qatar

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage all accounting activities for the facility management and services department
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with company policies and procedures
- Handle budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for the department
- Collaborate with other departments to support and streamline financial processes
- Utilize accounting software and systems tailored to the facility management industry.
- Provide guidance and support to junior accounting staff
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in facility management accounting

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA or relevant certification is preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in the facility management and services industry
- Proficiency in using accounting software and systems specific to facility management, such as [insert specific software/systems used at Ritaj Facility Management]
- Strong understanding of financial principles and practices within the facility management industry
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- NOC should be submitted

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR4,000.00 per month
