**Join Our Team**: Senior Occupational Therapist Position Available
We are on the lookout for a compassionate, experienced Senior Occupational Therapist who is motivated by a desire to make a significant impact in the lives of children. This vital role focuses on facilitating the development of daily life skills in children, empowering them to grow, learn, and engage in play meaningfully.

**Core Responsibilities**:

- Lead in the assessment and formulation of treatment plans for clients experiencing mental health conditions and developmental disorders.
- Deliver specialized occupational therapy services through a range of therapeutic activities and interventions, each designed to meet our clients' unique needs.
- Engage in collaborative practice with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement integrated care plans.
- Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to junior occupational therapy staff, cultivating a nurturing and educational environment.
- Ensure meticulous documentation of client progress and outcomes, upholding the highest standards of care and compliance.

**Essential Qualifications**:

- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution.
- Valid professional licensure in Occupational Therapy.
- A minimum of 3 years’ clinical experience, preferably with a strong emphasis on pediatric occupational therapy.
