**Key Responsibilities**
- **Classroom Support**:

- Assist the Class Teacher in preparing lesson materials, resources, and classroom displays.
- Support students individually or in small groups to reinforce learning concepts.
- Help maintain an engaging, safe, and inclusive classroom environment.
- **Student Supervision & Care**:

- Monitor students during class activities, break times, and school events as assigned.
- Support students’ well-being, social skills, and positive behavior management in line with school policies.
- Provide assistance to students with additional learning needs, under the guidance of the teacher.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Assist with record-keeping, grading simple tasks, and maintaining student files as directed.
- Help organize classroom resources and learning materials.
- Support teachers in preparing for school events, field trips, and extracurricular activities.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the teaching team and contribute to planning and delivery of lessons.
- Attend staff meetings, professional development sessions, and orientation programs.
- Communicate effectively with teachers, students, and parents when required.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Relevant qualification.
- Prior experience as a Teaching Assistant/Assistant Teacher, preferably in an international or multicultural school setting.
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to work collaboratively and supportively with teachers and staff.
- Patient, caring, and adaptable personality with strong interpersonal skills.

**Working Conditions**
- Full-time role during school working hours.
- Based on the academic calendar of the school.
- Participation in school events, staff development, and parent meetings as required.

Pay: QAR2,000.00 - QAR2,500.00 per month
