**Senior Recreation Coordinator**
**Location**: Qatar

The Senior Recreation Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, safety, and maintenance of recreational facilities, managing staff schedules, supporting events, and ensuring excellent customer service. This role also acts as a building focal point for incident reporting, maintenance coordination, and stakeholder communication.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate facility operations and maintenance; act as building focal point
- Handle customer complaints and incident reporting with HSE, Security, and CO
- Manage daily operations, preventive maintenance, and emergency plans
- Promote memberships and manage scheduling for facility staff
- Support events and liaise with vendors and suppliers
- Maintain facility usage, activity planning, and compliance

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree
- Supervisory and operations experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and customer service abilities

**Preferred Certifications**:

- CPR/First Aid/AED
- Child Protection
- Fire Safety, Cyber Security, Risk Assessment, Customer Service
