**Hiring for Receptionist in Qatar**
- **Experience**:Minimum of 1 year of proven experience** as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or Administrative Assistant.
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certification or associate's degree is a plus.
- **Communication**: Excellent **verbal and written communication skills** with a professional telephone manner.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience with booking/scheduling software is beneficial.
- **Organizational Skills**: Exceptional **organizational skills**, ability to multitask, and strong attention to detail.
- **Professionalism**: A consistent professional appearance and attitude.
- **Proactivity**: Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
Duration - 20-December-2025 to 15-January-2026
**Working only on Friday & Saturday (Only 7 Working days)**
Working hours 9 hours including 1 hour break
Work Timing
- 1:00 PM to 10.00 PM
