As a motion graphics designer, your role will be to create graphics and 2D/3D animation from conceptualization to the final product.

**Responsibilities**:

- Study design briefs and determine requirements
- Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
- Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
- Test graphics across various media
- Amend designs after feedback
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
- Work with various design programs such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Illustrator and Premiere Pro or similar software. 3D software is a plus.
- Work in a creative team.
- Create motion designs, production of motion graphics, capturing events and doing storytelling videos.
- Selecting audio, visuals, typography, and other design elements.
- Job duties may also include onboarding new members added to your team and overseeing day-to-day operations.

**Qualifications**:

- A degree in Motion Design, Fine Arts, or related field is a plus or equivalent, in film and motion graphics production.
- Proven Motion design & video animation experience.
- A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics.
- Familiarity with design software and technologies such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Illustrator and Premiere Pro or similar software. 3D software is a plus.
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
- Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
- Experience of having to clearly express your ideas from conception through the delivery.
- 2+ years of experience in a working environment.
- You're able to work using your own initiative and as part of a team in a busy design studio.
- Experience in using Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro or similar software. 3D software is a plus.
- Locally available with NOC.
