**Job Title**: Helper/Operational Support Assistant (HVAC)

**Location**: QEC (Qatar)

**Contract Duration**: 6 Months (Extendable)

**Working Hours**: 10 hours per day (including 1 hour lunch break)

**Working Days**: 6 days a week

**Salary: QAR 2,000.00 Full Package**

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated _Helper Cum Operational Support Assistant_ to join our team for a 6-month contract(extendable), with the possibility of extension. This position involves supporting operational maintenance tasks and ensuring smooth and efficient maintenance, repair, and installation activities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in maintaining HVAC systems and perform brazing as part of the maintenance process.
- Perform basic maintenance tasks, such as troubleshooting, repairing, and installing mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and cooling systems.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and safe work environment while executing maintenance tasks.
- Accurately enter daily reports and work logs using basic computer skills.
- Work as part of a team, collaborating with technicians and supervisors to ensure efficient workflow.
- Read and interpret equipment manuals, work orders, and maintenance schedules to perform required tasks effectively.
- Adhere to company safety standards and best practices at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in a maintenance position/organization.
- Experience working with HVAC systems and brazing.
- Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and cooling systems.
- Ability to maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while performing maintenance tasks.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills for entering data and reports.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to understand and follow instructions in English.
- Good listening skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Proficient in handling and using tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
