**Key Responsibilities**:
**1.Operational Management**:
- Oversee the daily operations of the branch, including the kitchen, showroom, and upcoming coffee service.
- Ensure the branch meets its sales targets and operates efficiently.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor daily operations to ensure a smooth workflow between the kitchen, showroom, and coffee service areas.
**2.Staff Management**:
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales representatives, florists, kitchen staff, and baristas.
- Create staff schedules to ensure optimal coverage and efficiency.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to staff.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Ensure staff adhere to company policies and procedures.
**3.Inventory Management**:
- Monitor and manage inventory levels for chocolates, cakes, pastries, flowers, and coffee supplies.
- Coordinate with suppliers for timely procurement of high-quality ingredients and materials.
- Implement inventory control procedures to minimize waste and prevent stockouts. Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
**4.Customer Service**:
- Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered at all times.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
- Foster a welcoming and positive environment for customers and staff.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and community members.
**5.Food Hygiene and Safety**:
- Ensure compliance with all food hygiene and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections of the kitchen and showroom to maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
- Train staff on food safety practices and procedures. Address any safety concerns promptly and effectively.
**6.Logistics and Supply Chain**:
- Oversee the logistics of product delivery and distribution.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and showroom to ensure timely production and display of products.
- Manage the scheduling and delivery of fresh flowers.
- Optimize supply chain processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
**7.Financial Management**:
- Monitor and manage the branch’s budget and financial performance.
- Prepare financial reports and analysis for upper management.
- Implement cost-control measures to ensure profitability.
- Handle cash management and banking activities.
**8.Marketing and Promotions**:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional activities.
- Ensure the showroom is attractively merchandised and products are well-displayed.
- Engage in community outreach to promote the Cannelle brand.
- Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
**9.Scheduling and Planning**:
- Develop and manage staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours.
- Plan and execute special events, promotions, and seasonal activities.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of all administrative tasks.
- Coordinate with other branches for joint activities and promotions.
**10.Quality Control**:
- Maintain high standards of product quality and presentation.
- Implement and monitor quality control processes for all products.
- Address any quality issues promptly and effectively.
**11.Technology and Systems Management**:
- Oversee the implementation and use of POS systems and other technology solutions. Ensure staff are trained and proficient in using all systems.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues.
**12.Compliance and Reporting**:
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
- Prepare and submit regular reports to upper management.
- Keep accurate records of all transactions and activities.
**13.Training and Development**:
- Identify training needs and opportunities for staff development.
- Organize regular training sessions and workshops.
- Encourage continuous learning and improvement among staff.
**14.Community Engagement**:
- Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses and community organizations.
- Participate in community events to promote the Cannelle brand.
- Leverage community relationships to drive traffic to the branch.
**15.Strategic Planning**:
- Assist in the development and execution of the branch’s strategic plan.
- Identify opportunities for business growth and development.
- Provide input and recommendations to the Group Operations Director.
