**Role Description**

The Speech Intervention Specialist will be responsible for assessing, and treating speech, language, and communication disorders among children and young adults with disabilities. The role involves creating individualized intervention plans, working closely with families, educators, and therapists, and facilitating strategies to enhance communication skills and social interaction.

**Qualifications**
- Master’s Degree in **Speech-Language Pathology** or related field.
- Minimum **2 years of experience** working with persons with disabilities in educational or rehabilitation settings.
- Fluency in **Arabic and English** (spoken and written).
- Deep clinical knowledge in **speech and language development, communication disorders, and therapy techniques**.
- Ability to design and implement individualized speech and communication intervention programs.
- Strong documentation, progress reporting, and family guidance skills.
- Commitment to professional ethics and continuous learning in the field.
