**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional and personalized service in line with luxury dining standards.
- Greet and seat guests, present menus, and offer recommendations.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure timely service.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the menu, wine list, and daily specials.
- Set up tables and ensure mise-en-place is of the highest standard.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
- Handle guest requests, complaints, or special requirements with discretion and professionalism.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Support in training new staff in fine dining service etiquette when required.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **2-3 years of experience** as a Waiter/Waitress in a **luxury restaurant, fine dining, or 5-star hotel environment**.
- Strong knowledge of fine dining etiquette, food & beverage service, and wine pairing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and grooming standards in line with luxury service.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Fluency in English (additional languages an advantage).
