**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create fresh, attractive floral arrangements according to customer requests and shop standards.
- Assist customers in selecting flowers and plants for various occasions.
- Maintain inventory by ordering and receiving fresh flowers and supplies.
- Ensure proper care of flowers and plants to maximize freshness and longevity.
- Keep the shop clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Handle deliveries and setup for events as needed.
- Manage sales transactions and handle customer inquiries professionally.
- Stay updated on floral trends and seasonal availability.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a florist or in floral design preferred.
- Strong creativity and artistic skills.
- Good knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and their care.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Physically able to stand for long periods and lift moderately heavy items.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Formal training or certification in floral design is a plus.

**Working Conditions**:

- Fast-paced retail environment.
- Standing for extended periods.
- Handling flowers, plants, and materials safely.
