**Job description**:
**Specification**
- Plan, direct and supervise Completion activities of the Onshore Project for ensuring EPC Contractor delivery of all aspects related to preparation, coordination, planning and execution of the Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning, Start-up and Handover activities in accordance with the Project Schedule.
- Control sub-systems definition in completion software to ensure high quality of Project documentation (DCC, RFC, RFSU, HO dossiers).
- Position holder should meet key objectives of pre-commissioning and commissioning activities with full focus on Safety, Planning and Quality.
- To ensure that Contractor's completion software and associated database are ready before PCC execution phases.
- Implement, prior to execution, progress reporting based on actual completion.
- Implement, prior to execution, dossiers formats and matrix of signatures.
- Ensure good quality of dossiers contents and reporting data.
- Provide general coordination during PCC for Completion activities.
- Provide day-to-day coordination with its EPC Contractor counterpart, site activities of multi-disciplines team

**Accountabilities**
- Timely review of Project Systematisation.
- Timely development of Completion database.
- Ogranize the preparation of all check and test sheets with both CPY and CTR teams.
- Define reporting format to use during execution.
- During Engineering phase, coordinate Completion teams and tools readiness, as well as regular training of the execution teams.
- Follow on-site PCC activities and ensure timely recording of check and tests sheets.
- Anticipate technical issues, changes in the work, delays and potential claims from the EPC Contractor and propose corrective actions.
- Perform punches lists coordination in line with PCC teams.
- To monitor and report COW activities.
- To validate DCC, RFC, RFSU certificates, Gas-In certificates and associated dossiers before signature by Commissioning Manager.

**Qualification**

Bachelor or Master Degree in Engineering related discipline or equivalent.

**Knowledge / Experience**
- At least 10 years' of proven experience in Completion / Completion database coordinator, Punch lists coordinator,
- Punch lists coordination during Project phases (Construction, Pre-commissioning and Commissioning),
- Experience to lead multi-discipline teams, EPC Contractors and working closely with operations and end-users.
- Familiar and conversant with systemization, system completion database, PCC procedures, including SIMOPS.
- Proven experience with Vendors operating in the LNG industry such as main refrigeration compressors, liquefaction equipment, power generation, utilities, cryogenic pumps, control systems, etc.
- Proven experience with commissioning of Process Licensed Units.
- Experience with PCC of large Process and utility systems of LNG Plants.
- Technical background as Completion, Completion database / Punches lists engineer/coordinator
- Good knowledge of Commissioning Site Leader roles and works during Construction, pre-commissioning and commissioning execution experience.
