**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Inventory Management**:

- Monitor stock levels and perform regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy in records.
- Update inventory systems with stock movements, including receipts, dispatches, and adjustments.
- Identify discrepancies and collaborate with relevant departments to resolve them.
- **Stock Control**:

- Ensure optimal stock levels are maintained to meet production and sales demands while minimizing excess inventory.
- Oversee the proper storage and handling of goods to prevent damage and ensure efficient retrieval.
- Implement inventory control procedures and best practices to improve overall operational efficiency.
- **Reporting & Analysis**:

- Generate and analyze regular reports on inventory status, stock movements, and turnover rates.
- Provide insights and recommendations to management on inventory trends and potential improvements.
- Assist in budget preparation and cost control initiatives related to inventory management.
- **Coordination**:

- Liaise with purchasing, production, and sales teams to coordinate stock requirements and forecast demand.
- Manage relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality of goods received.
- Support the development and execution of stock replenishment strategies.
- **Compliance & Safety**:

- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures related to inventory management and safety standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe storage environment in the warehouse.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field preferred.
- **Experience**:

- 2-3 years of experience in inventory control, stock management, or a related role, preferably in a manufacturing or retail environment.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficient in using inventory management software and ERP systems.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Strong organizational and time management skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- **Other Requirements**:

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Commitment to maintaining accurate records and adhering to company policies.

Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR4,500.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Stock Controller: 2 years (preferred)
