**Job Title**: Quantity Surveyor & Estimation Engineer

**Location**: New Industrial Area Doha-Qatar

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Quantity Take-Offs**: Measure and quantify materials from drawings and specifications.
- **Cost Estimation**: Prepare cost estimates and BOQs (Bill of Quantities) for projects.
- **Tendering & Bidding**: Assist in preparing tender documents, bid proposals, and contract evaluations.
- **Material & Cost Analysis**: Analyze project costs and ensure cost-effective solutions.
- **Supplier Coordination**: Obtain and compare quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
- **Site Visits & Verification**: Conduct site inspections to validate quantities and progress.
- **Contract & Payment Management**: Assist in preparing interim valuations and final accounts.
- **Variation & Claims Management**: Assess variations and prepare cost implications.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 4 **years** of experience in quantity surveying and estimation (preferably in **aluminum & fit-out works**).
- Strong knowledge of **AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software**.
- Familiarity with construction drawings, contracts, and BOQ preparation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of local market rates and suppliers.
- Certification in cost estimation or quantity surveying is an advantage.

**Salary**: (Negotiable based on experience)
