**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Acrylic Work**:

- Manage the cutting, shaping, polishing, and assembling of acrylic products.
- Ensure safety and best practices when handling and working with acrylic materials.
- Supervise the production of custom acrylic displays, signage, and decorative items.
- **Leather Work**:

- Oversee leather crafting processes, including cutting, stitching, and finishing.
- Manage material sourcing, dyeing, and molding of leather for custom products.
- Collaborate with designers for custom leather goods, such as bags, wallets, and other accessories.
- **UV Printing**:

- Supervise the operation of UV printing machines for high-quality printing on various substrates (e.g., acrylic, wood, leather).
- Ensure optimal printer calibration, maintenance, and safety procedures are followed.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure print quality meets client requirements.
- **CNC Cutting**:

- Manage the operation and maintenance of CNC machines for precision cutting of materials such as wood, acrylic, and metal.
- Oversee CAD design, machine programming, and production timelines.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the CNC machinery.
- **Laser Cutting**:

- Supervise laser cutting operations for materials like wood, acrylic, and fabric.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed and that the machine settings are correctly calibrated for different materials.
- Collaborate with design teams to execute intricate designs and cuts.
- **General Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and supervise the daily operations of the workshop, ensuring all projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.
- Train, mentor, and lead a team of skilled workers in each of the specialized areas.
- Implement and maintain safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment.
- Manage inventory, ensuring the timely procurement of materials and tools.
- Monitor equipment performance and arrange for maintenance and repairs as needed.
- Collaborate with clients, designers, and sales teams to ensure the execution of custom projects and order fulfillment.
- Continuously evaluate and improve workshop processes to enhance efficiency and output.
