Part-Time 3D Blender Trainer

**Location**: Doha, Qatar (In-person / Hybrid / Online - as applicable)

**Job Summary**:
The trainer will be responsible for designing engaging course content, conducting practical sessions, and ensuring participants acquire the technical and creative skills required for 3D design and animation projects.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver structured training sessions on **Blender 3D** covering modeling, rigging, texturing, lighting, rendering, and animation.
- Design and update course materials, assignments, and project-based learning modules.
- Guide students through real-world 3D design workflows and creative problem-solving.
- Assess student progress through quizzes, projects, and portfolio evaluations.
- Stay up to date with the latest **Blender tools, plugins, and industry techniques**.
- Provide feedback and mentoring to help learners build professional 3D portfolios.
- Collaborate with the academic and operations team to schedule and manage classes effectively.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven expertise in **Blender 3D** (2.8 and above) with a strong design portfolio.
- Proficiency in **modeling, texturing, rendering, animation, and compositing**.
- Familiarity with add-ons such as Cycles, Eevee, and Geometry Nodes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Animation, Multimedia, or a related field (preferred).
- Prior experience as a trainer, instructor, or 3D artist in a professional environment.
- Strong communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of **other 3D tools** (e.g., Maya, 3ds Max, ZBrush, Unreal Engine) is an advantage.
- Certification in 3D Design or Animation software.
- Experience with **industry-standard rendering engines** and project workflows.

**Work Schedule**:

- **Part-time / Flexible hours** (Evening or Weekend sessions).

**Job Type**: Part-time
