**Job Overview**:

- Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to maintain efficiency.
- Monitor inventory levels and oversee stock management.
- **Team Leadership**:

- Train, mentor, and motivate team members to deliver exceptional service.
- Schedule shifts and manage staff rosters.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- **Customer Service**:

- Ensure guests have a positive dining experience.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly.
- Uphold high standards of service and hospitality.
- **Quality Control and Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Conduct regular quality checks on food and beverage offerings.
- Implement and maintain restaurant policies and procedures.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Restaurant Supervisor, Team Leader, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations and customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic financial reporting.
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality management qualifications preferred.
