**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform all types of tile installation, including ceramic, porcelain, marble, and granite tiles.
- Carry out tile cutting, shaping, leveling, and grouting with precision.
- Conduct maintenance and repair works for damaged or loose tiles in various facilities.
- Execute masonry works such as block laying, plastering, patching, and surface preparation.
- Inspect work areas to determine required materials, measurements, and repair needs.
- Ensure proper alignment, spacing, and finishing of installed tiles.
- Perform routine maintenance and emergency repair tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain cleanliness of the work area.
- Provide support to other maintenance team members when needed.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Mason/Tiles Fixer in maintenance or facility management.
- Good knowledge of tile installation tools, adhesives, grouting materials, and cutting machines.
- Ability to read drawings, measurements, and material specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and finishing quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks.
- Basic communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Valid Qatari ID and transferable visa preferred.
