We are looking for a business development executive who will contribute to the growth of our company. Primarily responsible to generate new leads and assist the team to ensure conversions and growth with existing clients.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in business development.
- Experience with HR outsourcing companies is highly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or similar.
- Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable solutions.
- Great networking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Resourceful, with outstanding research skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Must have a valid QID with transferable visa.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to QAR5,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Business Development in HR outsourcing/Recruitment: 3 years (required)

**Language**:

- Arabic (preferred)
