Short summary of the job: A sales job for smart people and can learn quickly new industries management practices. You will be in charge of the full sales cycle from the opportunity qualification to the negotiation, going through astonishing product demos.

**Responsibilities**

1. Need to have good knowledge of theoretical and practical experience.

Well known infrastructure task regarding OS Windows, Linux, Mac, IIS, Web servers, Clustering, NLB,

Management, Exchange server, Office 365 E5, Azure Cloud services Endpoint servers, EDR,

1) Patching Server and workstation based on the company policy.

2) Testing the patches before rollout to organization level.

3) Need to follow best practice guideline all manners with Help Security Admin in developing system-level policies, procedures best practice and hardening of servers

4) ITIL and MOF framework well knowledge, Document and follow internal procedures.

5) Cloud services experience Google cloud and Microsoft cloud.

6) Well know about Antivirus Endpoint & EDR solution and international standard products

7) Well-knowledge experienced MAC OS, Mobile devices well knowledge.

8) Need to handle daily operations. Give priority assign task, pending work

9) Report needs to submit daily, weekly, and monthly activity

10) Need to maintain checklist daily basis and improve accordingly

11) CCTV and access control need to maintain, monitor, health tests daily basis.

13) Need support for purchasing hardware's and software's for preparing RFP technical specification

14) Need support for evaluation any IT project

15) Office 365 E5, MS Team, One Drive, MS PowerPoint, Visio, and Project mgmt... Well known.

16) Install, test, and configure new workstations, servers, network devices peripheral equipment and

software.

17) Whenever require as per emergency to late stay in office for assign task or pending work

need to complete even holiday.

18) All downtime needs to plan according to approval and change management process.

**Must Have**
- Educational certification bachelor's degree
- Minimum 2 years experience
