Civil Technician- Painting

We are hiring **Multiskilled Civil Technicians (Painting & Masonry)** on behalf of a leading facility management company in Qatar, recognized for providing top-tier maintenance and operations services across a range of sectors. The company has a strong regional presence and is committed to delivering excellence, safety, and efficiency in all building and maintenance projects.

**Job Title: Multiskilled Civil Technician (Painting & Masonry)**
**Location: Multiple Healthcare Facilities - Al Thumama, Al Karana, Al Leghwariya**
**Working Days: 6 days per week**
**Working Hours: 9 hours per day (including 1-hour lunch break)**
**Job Type: Temporary (1-Month Contract with Possibility of Extension)**
**Basic Salary: QAR 2,000 per month**
**Food Allowance: QAR 300 per month**
**Accommodation and Transportation: Provided by the company**

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform painting works including surface preparation, painting, and finishing
- Carry out masonry repairs such as plastering, brickwork, and patching
- Inspect and identify issues with building surfaces and structures and recommend repair solutions
- Ensure proper use of tools and adherence to safety procedures
- Coordinate with maintenance and facility management teams
- Respond promptly to maintenance and service requests

**Requirements**:

- **Proven experience working as a Multiskilled Civil Technician in painting and masonry**:

- Relevant technical or vocational qualifications preferred
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work orders
- Skilled in using hand and power tools related to painting and masonry
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Immediate availability with a valid QID (Qatar ID) preferred
