Civil Foreman

We are currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Civil Foreman to join our dynamic team. As a Civil Foreman, you will play a crucial role in overseeing construction activities, ensuring that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

**Job Title**: Civil Foreman (4-Month Contract)

**Location**: Al Mansoura, Al Thumama, Al Wakra - Qatar

**Job Type**: Full-Time, 4-Month Contract

**Salary**: QAR 3500 to QAR 4000 per month (All-inclusive)

**Required**: Valid Qatar light vehicle driving license

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage day-to-day operations at the construction site.
- Coordinate with site engineers and workers to ensure project timelines are met.
- Supervise construction activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
- Inspect work progress, materials, and construction quality against established standards.
- Allocate duties to site workers and monitor their performance and productivity.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of construction equipment and tools.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on the construction site.
- Maintain accurate records of site activities and progress reports.

**Qualifications**:

- 4 to 5 years of experience as a Civil Foreman or in a similar role.
- Should have valid Qatar light vehicle driving license.
- Proven experience in managing construction sites and leading teams.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, equipment, and safety standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and plans.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in using construction management software and MS Office Suite.

**Working Conditions**:

- Full-time position with a 10-hour workday.
- This role involves working across multiple locations: Al Mansoura, Thumama, and Wakra.
- Fixed-term contract of 4 months.
